HIRED HELP;

First off Owner of the shop is Sharpay Evans and when around she is Head Stylist, Head Party Planner, and incharge of all the Custom Bedazzling Projects given to the Boutique.

❀ 4 Stylists; [$10/hr. Must have a high interest in fashion]

Three Stylists → incharge of styling an individual, garment-wise. They will be the ones to tell you what looks good on you, help you in the dressing room, produce sales, & handle inventory.

One Stylist → incharge of the social media standpoint. They will take care of customers that call in orders, custom request orders [including the Prom and Wedding custom orders], shipments, newsletters, and be given full access to record vlogs of the monthly new trend, and products that have just arrived.

Stylist mainly stay in the Dressing room portion of the store and the front. Hair and Make-up are given their own section in the back styling room. But can move around if the client is getting a numerous amount of things done.

❀ 2 Make-Up Artists; [$9/hr. $10/hr when traveling to events or personal homes. Tips are welcomed]

→ incharge of giving out advise on walk-in customers, or those with appointments about what look is best for them. Specialty is looks for parties, a night out, weddings, SFX, whatever the client asks for.

→ Make-up is not sold at the Boutique. If the client wants to order anything, they must order through the make-up artist. That will then place the order for them.

→ Prices vary depending on how much the client wants done, and how much time the artist spends on their looks. As of this moment, DD handles facial make-up only and skincare advice.

→ Permission to record vlogs on make-up trend of the month, simple make-up basics for everyday use, and new products shipped in.

❀ 2 Hair Stylists; [9/hr. $10/hr when traveling to events or personal homes. Tips are welcomed]

→ incharge of styling the client's hair to how they ask. Advise about hair styles and products are given to both walk-ins and appointments. Specialty be it parties, birthdays, Sweet 16, extensions, all of the salon work can be done.

→ Hair Products, like make-up, are not sold at the Boutique. And if the client wishes to order anything, they must order through the hair stylist.

→ Prices of services vary due to the request of the client, and time spent on the styling. DD handles every and all requests at the moment.

→ Included with hair styling, Fashion Stylists, Hair Stylists, and Make-up Artists work hand-in-hand with the,"Princess Styling" request. Princess Styling varies from age. For children, glitter is applied in the hair as the child is allowed to pick any style, make-up and nails are done, a princess outfit is picked out for them, and a choice of a tiara. Princess Styling for adults involve a more glamourous, glowing look to them, with all services including a tiara of choice at the end.

→ Clients going in only to choose a Tiara would consult Fashion Stylists

→ Permission granted to record vlogs on hair trend of the month, and simple hair styling tips.

❀ 2 Seamstresses; [$9.50/hr. MUST have a sewing machine and skill in sewing]

→ Incharge of tailoring and customization on garments upon client's requests. They work hand-in-hand with the Fashion Stylists and the client.

→ Work is handled at home. Shows up to the boutique when talking to clients, measuring them, and asking about what types of adjustments would they like.

→ They handle every and all garments. Including pets and children.

❀ 1 Party Planner Assistant; [$9/hr. Works hand-in-hand w/Sharpay Evans]

→ Mainly the simplest job when on downtime, or the busiest job when in crunch time.

→ incharge of knowing all the businesses in town that specialize in what they do. The best bakery, the best florist, the best restaurant for catering, etc. And when necessary call in orders, and keep track of orders made for parties. They tell the photographers when to come, clubs/lounges/etc how many ppl are coming and place reservations, etc.

→ Keeps a pink party planner to write down all the information for each and every party. Then files it. So must be highly organized.

→Handles "Project: M" which is a surprise party planning offer. They will ask the client a series of questions to gain information on their personalities, dislikes, and interests, to plan a surprise party all for them. Meaning the will pick a random place they think the person will like, food will be all a surprise but to their liking do to their interests, it's a fun, mysterious experience.

→ Permission to vlog about the "hot spots" in Holly Heights in their monthly trend section.

EXTRA;

→ Diva Dazzle handles monthly blogs thanks to their Stylists, Make-Up Artists, Hair Stylists, and Party Planner. They all update monthly about that month's "trend", new items, or styling tips. So look out for them!

→ Newsletters handle events held at the store, Fashion Shows, Customer Appreciation Days, etc.

→ Compliments, complaints, or requests on clothing they should start carrying are all forwarded to Sharpay's mailbox. So please post all of your concerns, here

THERE WILL BE TONS OF THESE. Fashion goes in and out of style quickly, when a huge selection of new product comes in, or if older products cannot be sold, sample sales shall be announced. Products during sample sales will drop to 70% off. And if enough merchandise is bought that day, a free gift will come along with it.

→

If you have access to an iphone or any form of smartphone, download the Diva Dazzle app that will update you on vlogs, newsletters, trend photos, fashion runway videos from current and previous shows, profiles on all DD workers, a list of all the products sold at the store, including those that can be placed through custom orders.
